Over the next 4 weeks, the resilience and coping group will explore effective strategies to overcome challenges, address struggles and improve your well-being. Additionally, group meetings using ZOOM will provide much needed social connection and support. Members will be encouraged to choose short, enjoyable activities from a provided list to use during the week. Action and self-care promotes resilience.
The group meets Wednesdays at 1 p.m. CST beginning April 15, 2020. Interested students please email hornabj@mst.edu today for the ZOOM link to participate.
