Mr. John Woodson has assumed the role of Interim Director of Technology Transfer and Economic Development. After 15 years of service, Mr. Keith Strassner, has retired from his role of Director and John has stepped in. John has worked for this department as both a Sr. Licensing Associate and a Business Development Counselor for over 10 years. John has a total of over 13 years mining, managing, processing, licensing, and commercializing Intellectual Property (IP) in both industry and academia. He has experience working in the private, public and military sectors with a strong background in electronics and chemistry.
