Missouri S&T’s Equity and Title IX office is open 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays in a virtual setting as the staff works remotely. All staff members are available for in-person meetings via Zoom.

Individuals wishing to file an equity or Title IX complaint are encouraged to visit equity.mst.edu/title-ix. In the case of an emergency, call 911.

Please note: The UM System’s collected rules prohibiting discrimination on the basis of gender (Title IX), and any other protected class (equity) extend off campus, and in all virtual spaces where university business (education, meetings, advising sessions, etc.) is held. While in some instances it may be challenging for the university to investigate when a situation occurs off campus, accommodations can still be provided.
