The restrictions related to on-campus events that were set to expire today have been extended indefinitely while campus leaders continue to monitor and evaluate the potential effects of the coronavirus.

In March, the S&T Incident Command Team (ICT) announced that all campus events or gatherings of more than 10 people would be suspended until after April 30. Given the continuing uncertainty related to the coronavirus, the ICT has extended those restrictions until further notice.

The ICT encourages anyone on campus or traveling to campus to observe the “10/6 rule” – limiting gatherings to 10 or fewer and maintaining physical distance of 6 feet between individuals.
