UMSL professor to give talk March 10

The Center for Infrastructure
Engineering Studies (CIES) will host a research seminar at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday,
March 10, in Room 316 Butler-Carlton Civil Engineering Hall. Bagels and coffee
will be provided.
Dr. George Zsidisin, professor
and director of the Supply Chain Risk and
Resilience Research (SCR3) Institute at University of Missouri-St. Louis,
will present a talk titled “Advancing Knowledge and Practice in Supply
Chain Risk and Resilience.” He will discuss how firms asses and manage
disruptions and price volatility in their supply chains.
