Missouri S&T researchers are invited to participate in a new online portal that allows University of Missouri System researchers to connect with industry partners.

Participants will receive industry requests for proposals (RFPs) to solve research challenges, requests from companies to collaborate and pursue federal funding opportunities, and inquiries from businesses who need contract work done.

Research Enabled allows you to post your own research projects for industry collaboration or sponsorship. You can submit your proposals using a simple form and track the proposal status online.

Features include:

  • Research challenges. Receive challenges for funded research projects posted by industry.
  • Requests for expertise and resources. Receive requests for service from companies for contract work using research equipment or other resources that you manage, collaborations to pursue federal funding as an academic partner and production of materials needed by a company.
  • Investigator-initiated projects. Post your current research projects so companies can find out about great new ideas that they can help develop.

To sign up, go to ResearchEnabled.org. Log in with your university credentials, set your preferences and research interests, and you’re ready to go. Learn more at ResearchEnabled.org or contact Tomy Ames at Tomy@ResearchEnabled.org.
