Hu named outstanding reviewer

Dr. Xianbiao Hu, assistant professor of civil, architectural and environmental engineering, received a 2019 outstanding reviewer award at the editorial board meeting of the International Journal of Transportation Science & Technology on Jan. 14. He was also appointed associate editor of the journal during the meeting.
