Home baseball, basketball games on tap this weekend

Missouri S&T’s baseball team will host Upper Iowa University in a four-game series this weekend at the S&T Ballpark. The doubleheaders will start at noon each day, on Saturday, Feb. 29, and Sunday, March 1. Admission is free to all baseball games during the 2020 season.
Missouri S&T’s basketball teams will play their final home games of the 2019-20 season this weekend. The Miners will play Quincy University tonight (Thursday, Feb. 27) in the Gibson Arena. The women’s game will start at 5:30 p.m. and the men’s game will start at 7:30 p.m.
Fans who live within Phelps County will get free admission during Phelps County Fan Appreciation Day Saturday, Feb. 29. Basketball games against Truman State University will start at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. in the Gibson Arena.
