The Miner Aviation student design team is raising money to participate in the four-day American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) Design Build Fly Competition in Wichita, Kansas, in April. Miner Aviation placed in the top 15 of 120 international teams at the 2019 AIAA Design Build Fly Competition in Tucson, Arizona, and the team aims higher this year.
