Encourage students to apply to speak at commencement

Graduating seniors, master’s degree students and Ph.D. students from each college are encouraged to apply for selection as a student speaker for their May 2020 commencement ceremony on Friday, May 15, or Saturday, May 16. The deadline to apply is 8 a.m. Sunday, March 1.
The speakers, who are selected through an application process and competition, must be members of the graduating class they plan to address. The speeches should focus on their personal S&T experiences and life lessons learned along the way.
