Missouri S&T’s Chinese Students and Scholars Association (CSSA) is raising funds to purchase medical supplies for a hospital in the Chinese city of Wuhan in fighting coronavirus. If you would like to donate, please stop by the table in the Havener Center Atrium from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 27, or Friday, Feb. 28.

Donations will be used to purchase medical supplies, such as face masks and other personal protective equipment. Cash, check and online transfer via Zelle will be accepted. Zelle is the official online transfer platform for U.S. Bank.

“CSSA sincerely invites everyone on campus to walk by their tables to learn more concerning the daily life of people in Wuhan and how you can help them to fight against the disease,” says Jackie Chen, an S&T student from Wuhan.

To date, more than 50 individuals have donated over $4,100.

For more information, please contact Chen at jcq95@mst.edu.
