Counseling Services has compiled a list of the many local and national resources available for support after the office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
These include the S&T Campus Police at 341.4300; Crisis Text Line (text HOME to 741-741); National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 800.273.8255; Compass Health Hotline at 800.833.3915; Phelps Health at 573.458.8899 and ER at 1000 W. 10th St.; and Sanvello web based application clinically validated to relieve mental health symptoms and promote healthy behaviors.

The S&T community is encouraged to initiate services during daily walk-in times (10 to noon; 2 to 4 p.m. Monday-Friday) in 204 Norwood Hall or call 341.4211 to arrange follow up appointments.
