All benefit eligible-employees are entitled to winter break leave Dec. 26-31. If you are an hourly employee, please make sure your winter break leave (WBL) is appropriately entered in your timesheet and approved by noon Thursday, Jan. 2. If you are an approver of an hourly employee, please make efforts before or during winter break to ensure approval of WBL by noon on Jan. 2.
The monthly payroll has been finalized for December. Changes to recorded winter break leave (WBM – winter break monthly) should continue to be made as needed. Once approved, any changes would appear in the next payroll.
Employees who are eligible for winter break leave but are required to work during this time may use their leave at a later date. For questions about timekeeping procedures, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, which is listed as MU HRS S&T PAYROLL in Outlook. For questions around the policy, please reach out to your human resources strategic partner.
Campus closure Dec. 16-17
As a result of the campus closure at noon on Dec. 16 and delayed opening at 10 a.m. on Dec. 17, benefit-eligible employees are eligible for administrative leave pay or business interruption pay during that time. Please work with your time keeper if you have questions or email email@example.com.
