Learn about active learning, flipped classrooms and student engagement

Early career faculty are invited to hear about how active learning, including the use of flipped classrooms, can help student engagement and learning at the early career faculty forum at 4-5 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4, in Room 202 Curtis Laws Wilson Library.

Dr. Katie Shannon, a teaching professor who has published research on her flipped classroom, will be featured at this event hosted by the Center for Advancing Faculty Excellence (CAFE). Refreshments will be provided.
