Career opportunities and employer relations (COER) opened a career-themed escape room to students in November for a limited time. All the student spots filled up within hours. The escape room will be available by appointment for faculty and staff next week for professional development.
Located on the third floor of Norwood Hall, the free escape room will be available for staff and faculty on Monday, Dec. 16, Tuesday, Dec. 17, and Wednesday, Dec. 18. Sessions are limited and appointments are required. Participants must sign up their teams (maximum of four people per team).
Escape rooms challenge participants to solve puzzles, find clues, crack codes and open locked boxes — all in a limited amount of time. The fall 2019 theme is “Miner’s Quest.” Participants are challenged to find four pieces of a map to escape a mine.
