Dr. Diana L. Ahmad, Curators’ Distinguished Teaching Professor of history, presented a paper at the British Animal Studies Network Conference at the University of Leeds, England, on Nov. 23. Her paper is titled “One Half Billion Strong They Came: Gray Squirrel Migrations in the American Old Northwest during the 19th Century.”
