Take a survey, enter to win turkey dinner

Staff Council is interested in your opinion and thoughts on how the council can best serve employees. Please take this short survey to share your thoughts. Take the survey by Monday, Nov. 25, and you can enter to win one of five “early bird” turkey dinners. The winners will be notified starting Tuesday, Nov. 26. The prize package includes a frozen turkey, a frozen pumpkin pie and a can of yams, provided by Chartwells.
This survey is available in document form for those who would like to handwrite their submissions. Copies of the survey formatted for printing can be requested at mststaffcouncilad@mst.edu and can be submit to mststaffcouncilad@mst.edu or mailed to Sarah Murchie at 605 W. 11th Street, Rolla, MO 65409.
