The University Choir and S&T Chamber Choir, directed by Lorie Francis, will present their fall concert at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14, in Leach Theatre.

The choirs will perform a set of pieces to answer the question “Why Do We Sing?” Songs within each set include “Let the Music Fill Your Soul” by Jacob Narverud and Robert Bode, “Since I Laid My Burdens Down” arranged by Kyle Pederson, “I Lived” by Ryan Tedder and Noel Zancanella, “I carry” by Eric Whitacre, and “Tree of Life” by Mack Wilberg.

Tickets are $5 in advance or $7 at the door for the public, and free to youth ages 18 and under, and Missouri S&T students with a valid ID. Tickets can be purchased 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday  at the Leach Theatre Box Office, online or by calling 341-4219. Service fees may apply to tickets purchased online or by phone.
