Leading battery researcher to talk at S&T today

Dr. Arumugam Manthiram will deliver a seminar titled “Next-generation Battery Technologies” at 4 p.m. Monday, Oct. 21, in Room G3 Schrenk Hall. Light refreshments will be served before the seminar.

Manthiram is the Cockrell Family Regents Chair in Engineering and director of the Texas Materials Institute and the materials science and engineering program at the University of Texas at Austin (UT-Austin).

The event is jointly hosted by S&T’s chemistry department and Center for Research in Energy and Environment. Get more details.
