One of the best ways for a student to become self-aware, build skills and find support is through participation in a group. Counseling Services groups are confidential. Groups cover a wide range of topics including, but not limited to:
If you know of a student who might benefit from a group, please direct her or him to counsel.mst.edu for a list of groups offered throughout the semester. For more information, please contact counseling services at 341-4211 or walk into the office at 204 Norwood Hall between 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
