The safety of students, faculty members, and staff members is a top priority for Missouri S&T and the University of Missouri System. Students, faculty and staff who travel internationally may encounter additional safety and health risks. University of Missouri Collected Rules and Regulations, CRR 210.070, requires that all students who travel internationally on behalf of the university, and faculty or staff who travel with students, must register their travel. The International Travel on Behalf of S&T web page provides updated information about the necessary approvals and travel registration.

Please complete travel approvals before incurring any expenses for travel. Faculty or staff members working with or advising students who will be traveling internationally should refer students to the webpage for details of the requirements and resources for travelers. Faculty or staff members traveling without students continue to have the same responsibility, as in the past, to get travel approval from their academic or administrative department.
