To streamline social media efforts, social media training will be required in the fall semester for anyone with access to university-affiliated social media accounts. S&T has a social media directory here: news.mst.edu/social/social-media-directory. If you run a social media account for your department, please review your sites in advance of the training to ensure they are active and current. For example, if your last Twitter post is from 2018, your site is considered inactive and should be deleted to make sure social content is current and active.
Please review your social media sites on the social media directory. If you’re not using the accounts, please let us know. Close the account, and we’ll remove the listing from the directory and your site. If you need assistance, please email Lindsey Dunstedter, social media strategist, at email@example.com.
