Flags to fly at half-staff July 23

Trump, the United States flag at all state and government offices will be flown
at half-staff from sunrise to sunset Tuesday, July 23, in memory of John Paul
Stevens. Stevens, a retired associate justice of the Supreme Court of the
United States, died July 16.
