Fiscal year calendar posted online

The university’s fiscal year ends Sunday, June 30, and the 2019 closing calendar is now available on the University of Missouri System’s website. Please note that the cashier’s walk-in window hours at S&T are 10 a.m.-noon and 1-3 p.m. on weekdays. (The calendar notes 3:30 p.m. cashier deadlines.)
The calendar provides Fiscal Year 2019 deadlines and processing information for accounting and procurement activities, including journal entries, payment requests, travel and expense activity, Show-Me Shop, purchase order requisitions, and One Card activity.
