Scholars’ Mine hits 3 million downloads, added to transportation registry

Missouri S&T’s Scholars’ Mine marked a milestone in May, with the three millionth download. Scholars’ Mine is Missouri S&T’s online repository of research papers, creative works and other documents.
Additionally, Scholars’ Mine is now one of eight publicly accessible repositories on the National Transportation Library’s registry for researchers. Other repositories on the list include Harvard Dataverse and Iowa State University DataShare.
Being on the registry means that Scholars’ Mine meets the requirements of the Department of Transportation’s (DOT) Public Access Plan.
Last year, Scholars’ Mine obtained CoreTrustSeal certification, which affirms sustainable and trustworthy data infrastructures.
