Military liaison publishes in Army Engineer Magazine

Army Engineer Magazine published an article by Dr. Steve Tupper in its May-June 2019 issue. Tupper’s article, “Personal Development in the Regiment and Meeting the Standard in Civilian Work,” is on page 10 of the publication. It is the first part of a short series of articles encouraging certification, licensing, apprenticeships and education with the military engineer communities.

Tupper is a military education and research liaison in S&T’s global learning department. He holds a Silver de Fleury medal, is a retired Army engineer lieutenant colonel and a former professor of military science and electrical engineering. Tupper holds a Ph.D. in geological engineering and leads the Great Rivers Chapter of the National Defense Industry Association.
