Glaser garners ACS accolade

Dr. Rainer Glaser, chair and professor of chemistry, recently received a certificate for “excellence in peer reviewing” from the Petroleum Research Fund of the American Chemical Society. He is one of 20 individuals to be recognized this year.
For more than 20 years, Glaser has championed scientific peer review in the classroom and in his chemical education research. He has taught many courses on scientific writing and peer review in the U.S. and in China, and delivered numerous lectures on the topic at national and international conferences.
