“We Love Your Class” Award

Freshmen engineering students recently cast their votes for their favorite teacher. Dr. Jeffrey Winiarz, associate professor of chemistry, received the Freshman Engineering Program’s “We Love Your Class” award for the 2018-19 academic year. This is Dr. Winiarz’s second in as many years.

Students nominated 29 instructors from nine departments. The Freshman Engineering Program thanks instructors for their devotion to educating freshmen engineering students and bringing energy and enthusiasm into the classroom.
