Students honored by American Institute of Chemical Engineers

Two S&T students received scholarship awards from the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) during a dinner at the St. Louis Engineers Club on April 15.
Brent Johnston, a senior in chemical engineering, received the 2019 AIChE Virtus Dynamica Chemical Engineering Student Award for outstanding contributions to AIChE while maintaining an excellent academic record. The award is sponsored by Emerson Automation Solutions.
Leah Amos, a junior in chemical engineering junior, received the 2019 AIChE Rising Star Student Scholarship for her outstanding contributions to the organization.
