The circus is coming to town – well, Havener Center – as employees celebrate during a circus-themed Staff Appreciation Day on Wednesday, May 29.
Staff Day shirts cost $5 and are available in sizes ranging from small to 3XL. Color options are red and jade. To make arrangements to pick up shirts, please contact Jessica Boles, business support specialist, at 341-6118 or email@example.com. Shirts will be available until sold out.

Food auction donations
If you would like to donate food for the food auction, please email Bea Bonebrake, office support assistant in printing and mail services, at firstname.lastname@example.org. Food donations will be accepted at the Havener Center 7:30-8:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 29.
The tentative schedule includes:
- 9-10:30 a.m.: Opening ceremony, including Shamrock World Dance performance
- 10:30-11:30 a.m.: World’s Finest Rolla German Band performance, Cirque du Paint (supplies available on a first-come, first-served basis)
- 10:30 a.m.-2 p.m.: Business bazaar
- 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.: Lunch
- 12:30-1:30 p.m.: Cirque du Paint, supplies available on a first-come, first-served basis
- 2-3 p.m.: Food auction
Other activities will include an artisan area, massage, games and animals. Refreshments will include popcorn, cotton candy and ice cream.
