Student to lead national organization

Pamela Petterchak has been selected as the 2019-20 Venturing president for the Boy Scouts of America. She is a sophomore in computer engineering and computer science at S&T.
Petterchak joined Venturing at the age of 14 to explore the outdoors and make new friends at her school. She belonged to the Greater St. Louis Area Council in Missouri, and served most recently as president of the Central Region Venturing Officers’ Association.
