S&T jazz ensembles to perform spring concert

The S&T jazz ensembles will perform their spring concert at 6:30 p.m. Friday, April 12, in Leach Theater. Dave Cress, lecturer in the arts, languages, and philosophy department, directs the ensembles.
The S&T Jazz Combo will begin the concert at 6:30 p.m., followed by the big bands at 7 p.m. The ensembles will perform music by Chick Corea, Ella Fitzgerald, Count Basie and Mike Tomaro.
Tickets are $5 for the public and free to youth, ages 18 and under, and to Missouri S&T students with a valid ID. Tickets can be purchased 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Leach Theatre Box Office or by calling 341-4219.
