Marketing analytics guest lecture planned tomorrow

Dr. Jonathan Frey will give presentations titled “Analysis of Voice of the Customer Data with Text Mining” and “Bringing New Food Products to Market” 2-3:15 p.m. Tuesday, April 16, in Room B12B Bertelsmeyer Hall. Frey will speak to the Marketing Analytics class (MKT 5001) via a Zoom conference. Faculty, staff and students are welcome to join the class for his talk.

Frey is a principal consultant for Peninsula Business Intelligence and was formerly director of operations intelligence for Taco Bell Corp. At Taco Bell, Frey served for 15 years as a data scientist for projects related to operations, finance, information technology, research and development, and human resources. He previously served as a product development manager at Mars for 13 years and at Kraft, Inc. as a research scientist for four years. He holds a B.S. in bacteriology and a Ph.D. in food microbiology, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
