Missouri S&T has partnered with SEM Works, an enrollment management consulting firm, to investigate best methods for S&T to maintain and grow enrollment across undergraduate, graduate, international and online student populations. SEM Works representatives conducted an initial audit of Missouri S&T’s campus, enrollment services, and recruiting activities and will return to campus Thursday, March 21, and Friday, March 22, to work with several strategy teams.

The project is sponsored by the office of the provost. Tim Albers, vice provost and dean for enrollment management, and Dr. Jim Black, president and CEO of SEM Works, are leading the project. Dr. Black holds a Ph.D. in higher education curriculum and teaching from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. His expertise is in enrollment management and change management.
