Shank lectures on artificial intelligence

Dr. Daniel Shank was invited to give two presentations this semester at his undergraduate alma mater, Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas. Shank is an assistant professor of psychological science at S&T.

He will present a talk titled “Artificial Intelligence in the Social World: The Moral Consequences of Interacting with Biased and Social Algorithms” to the computer science department. He will give a talk titled “Attributions of Morality and Mind for Moral Violations by Artificial Intelligent Agents” to the behavioral science department.
