The 2019 appraisal process in myPerformance is open. This year there are significant changes in the forms which are intended to make the process more streamlined. The human resources staff is hosting training sessions for employees and managers on writing self-appraisals and employee appraisals. You can find information about myPerformance at hr.mst.edu/development/myperformance.
Although the form is shorter, managers are expected to provide meaningful and accurate feedback to employees about their performance, attendance, and training and development over the last year. They should also discuss and document development and goals for next year.
