Memorial service planned for Dan Hickey

Daniel “Dan” William Hickey, a former staff member, passed away March 24. He worked for University Police until retiring in 2013. He is survived by his wife, Debbie Hickey, assistant director of athletics at S&T.
Visitation will be held Sunday, March 31, at the Hutson Funeral Home in Steelville, Missouri. Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m., with full military honors to follow. A memorial barbecue will begin at 4 p. m. on March 31 at the Old School House in Cook Station. Meat will be provided. Guests are asked to bring a side dish and wear a funny T-shirt. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Taff Cemetery in Cook Station, Missouri.
