Flags to fly at half-staff March 21

By order of Missouri Gov. Michael Parson, all flags at all Missouri public buildings and grounds will be flown at half-staff from sunrise until sunset Thursday, March 21, in honor of Spc. Jackson D. Johnson, who died while serving his country in Kuwait.
