Faculty regalia orders due April 30

Faculty commencement rental regalia orders are due by Tuesday, April 30. Regalia sets will come with a gown, cap and tassel. Let the store know if you have your own hood. Orders can be placed in-store, by phone at 573-341-4981 or by emailing Mark Gallardo with the following information:

- First name:
- Email:
- Phone number:
- Height (in feet/inches):
- Weight (in pounds):
- School information (Name, Location, Country, State, City):
- Do you have your own hood?
Faculty commencement rental regalia will be available for pick up the week leading up to commencement. Payment is due at time of pickup. All faculty commencement rental regalia orders turned in after April 30 will be subject to a late fee and an expedited shipping fee.
