Ahmad talks animals

Dr. Diana Ahmad discussed animals on the overland trails at Visitation Catholic School in Vienna, Missouri, on Jan. 29.
As part of the inaugural group of Presidential Engagement Fellows, Ahmad was able to reach out to the students via Rolla’s KTTR radio station. The President Engagement Fellows program links experts in the University of Missouri System with people throughout Missouri.
“The students asked intriguing questions, listened intently, and offered great ideas about those who crossed the North American continent in the mid-19th century,” says Ahmad.
