Deterding to lead workshop on teaching assessment

Dr. Audrey Deterding, assistant teaching professor of arts, languages and philosophy, will present a workshop during the Western States Communication Association convention in Seattle in February. Her workshop is titled “Assessment Matters: When Saying ‘I know what I’m doing so just trust me’ Isn’t Enough to Help Students Succeed.”
