In February, those with an active Missouri S&T account were able to access thousands of eBooks and audiobooks through the OverDrive app. OverDrive and the Missouri S&T Wilson Library are proud to announce the release of Libby by OverDrive, a sleeker one-tap reading app. This update marks the Missouri S&T Wilson Library as the first academic library in the state to be part of this partnership.
Users may browse the library’s website, borrow titles with a valid library card (your Joes’SS credentials), and start reading and/or listening on all major computers and devices, including iPhone®, iPad®, Nook®, Android™ phones and tablets, and Kindle®. Many titles can be enjoyed immediately on any device with an internet browser or downloaded into the free Libby by OverDrive app. All titles will automatically expire at the end of the lending period. There are no late fees!
This service, powered by OverDrive, is free for users with a library card. To get started enjoying ebooks, audiobooks and more, visit http://mobius.lib.overdrive.com or download Libby.
Satisfied with the OverDrive app already? That’s fine! OverDrive users can continue to use the original app instead of updating to Libby.
