Lights, lasers, Nobel Prize

Two physics faculty members will present “Tools of Light,” a lecture about the 2018 Nobel Prize for groundbreaking inventions in the field of laser physics, 4-5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, in Room 104 of Physics Building. Refreshments will be served at 3:40 p.m.

The presenters will be Dr. Thomas Vojta, chair and professor of physics, and Dr. Daniel Fischer, assistant professor of physics. The lecture is free and open to the public. It is suitable for undergraduate students.
