Dr. John Parker will present a seminar, titled “STS Funding Opportunities from NSF” noon-12:50 p.m. Monday, Dec. 3, in the Carver-Turner Room of the Havener Center. Parker is program director at the National Science Foundation’s Division of Society and Economic Sciences in Alexandria, Virginia.
Parker leads two NSF programs: Science, Technology, and Society and Cultivating Cultures for Ethical STEM. During his seminar at S&T, he will discuss science, technology and society funding from the NSF. The Center for Science, Technology and Society is hosting the event.
