Hygiene items, food needed for Commuter’s Commodities Food Pantry

In addition to non-perishable food, S&T’s Commuter’s Commodities Food Pantry also accepts donations of hygiene items and household goods. Missouri S&T’s human resources department is taking pantry donations at the human resources office, Room 113 Centennial Hall, through Friday, Nov. 30.
The most needed items are:
Non-food items:
- Can openers
- Soap, deodorant and shampoo
- Toothbrushes and toothpaste
- Powdered detergent
- Feminine products
Non-perishable food items, such as:
- Cereal, oatmeal and granola bars
- Crackers
- Peanut butter
- Jelly
- Mashed potato flakes and rice
- Canned soup, fruit, vegetables and meats
- Tomato sauce
- Ramen noodles, pasta noodles and macaroni and cheese
- Dry beans
