Please encourage students interested in study abroad to learn about upcoming summer courses in England and Italy. An information session will be held at noon Wednesday, Oct. 3, in the Meramec-Gasconade Room of the Havener Center. Pizza and drinks will be served. Participants will get course and travel details and valuable tips on how to plan and prepare.
The courses below are led by S&T faculty and combine classroom theory with real-world activities.
England May 19 – June 6, 2019

Credit Hours: 3 credit hours — History 3530
Visit London, Oxford, Cambridge and surrounding areas, including optional trips to Stonehenge and Verulamium, as you study the important ideas, people, institutions, and developments throughout archaeological time.
Italy June 9 – 26, 2019
Instructors: Dr. Jessica Cundiff and Dr. Jill Schmidt
Credit Hours: 6 credit hours — Psychology 4992 and Mechanical Engineering 1720
Explore and learn as you travel through Rome and Florence to examine how culture shapes human psychology and the design process.
