Seminar planned on social implications of unmanned aircraft

Dr. Adam Watts, associate research professor at the Desert Research Institute in Reno, Nevada, will give a public seminar titled “Implications of Unmanned Aircraft for Society: Case Studies from the Environmental Sciences” noon-12:50 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31, in the Carver-Turner Room of the Havener Center.

The presentation is sponsored by the Center for Science, Technology and Society, and all faculty, staff and students are encouraged to attend.
