Dr. Steven Peretti will present a talk titled “Design and Engineering of Synthetic Biosystems to Enhance health, Economy and the Environment: A National Science Foundation Perspective” noon-1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 22, in the Kinyon-Koeppel Grand Hall of the Hasselman Alumni House.
Peretti is a program director in the Division of Chemical, Bioengineering, Environmental, and Transport Systems of the National Science Foundation. He also serves as an associate professor of chemical and biomolecular engineering at North Carolina State University in Raleigh.
