Learn how to ID research opportunities, find funding

All early career faculty are invited to a forum titled “Identifying Research Opportunities and Finding Funding” 4-5 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3, in the Carver-Turner Room of the Havener Center. The forum is hosted by the Center for Advancing Faculty Excellence (CAFÉ) in partnership with the office of the vice chancellor for research.

Dr. Costas Tsatsoulis, vice chancellor for research and dean of graduate studies, and his pre-award team and proposal writer will provide training on how to identify funding opportunities. Please bring a laptop or iPad to use during the session. If you need a laptop for this session, please email Abby Bigg, coordinator of CAFE, at bigga@mst.edu by Tuesday, Oct. 2.

A concurrent session on the scholarship of teaching and learning will be held at the same time. For more information, please contact Bigg at bigga@mst.edu or 341-7648.
