Reduce stress with meditation

Faculty, staff and students are invited to stress reduction mindfulness-meditation sessions noon-1 p.m. on Tuesdays in the Shamrock Room of the Havener Center. The sessions are not a class but rather guided meditations designed to relieve stress, with a few moments for questions or sharing of insights.

The sessions are facilitated by Dr. Maureen Hall, clinical director of Inspiration Center in Rolla, and Stephenie Moser, her assistant.

The meditation sessions are held every Tuesday while classes are in session unless the Shamrock Room is scheduled for a different activity. Meditation sessions will not be held Tuesday, Sept. 25, and Tuesday, Oct. 23.
